Currently, Archi-Tekton's primary concentration is multi-unit and elderly housing. Archi-Tekton, Inc. has comprehensive knowledge of State of Ohio (OHFA) and HUD funded Mixed-Financing and HUD 202/811 housing projects including tax credits, from grant application submission or firm commitment submission, thru final closing.

Archi-Tekton's experience with a variety of building types and clients allows it to offer comprehensive architectural services from design through construction field supervision and project closeout, or to custom tailor its scope of services to meet the particular needs of a client. The firm is professionally registered in both Ohio and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, AIA, and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB.
